Ross I don't know if I can make the meeting next week or not. This semester is trying to kill me but if I can't, I can coordinate with Keegan and Robbie if I'm working registration again. I'll do my best to be there Weds. though.

RHennin Wrote:David, we'll get you to help with registration this time. Right now, were just looking to get people to come to the meeting next week to go over a few things to make sure everyone knows what to do and where to go for their worker assignment.

Alrighty, whatever works. If registration is taken care of though, I feel like timing will need to be pretty closely tended to though.

I an going to teach Jaimie to run the timing system and David you can probably have your worker assignment be to run the system as well.

David Escobar, I meant that you would help with timing and scoring and David Elkin would help with the registration. However, being that Robbie, Keegan and Keri did it last time, I would suggest that you help out with either setup for the course, tech or with waivers when people are coming in.

Ross,
I'll be there.
What do you need? I'm working on the sound system.

If possible, I'd like to do tech or something similar, so that I can head out early (things to do unfortunately).

I've been around autox long enough at this point to do whatever. So tell me what you need and I'll do it.

James, tech should be fine. Depending though, we might just be able to let you do the setup for the sound system and get that working and then if needed help with tech.
