Sounds great!
You know you will support this year as you did last year from SCCA - Central Carolina's Region, SWCCCR Chapter and South Carolina Region. Thanks for your effort. Ted E. Bayer - Hillclimbing Understeer is when you hit the mountain with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the mountain with the rear of the car. Horsepower is how fast you hit the mountain, torque is how far you move the mountain. |

Keegan, currently I'm interested in general concepts for the flyer and the postcards that we talked about sending out to vendors and other notable car collectors etc... I like the idea of something kinda like whats in my avatar, but really as long as it looks cool its fine with me. Also, here's what GT is doing for their shirt. It's nice, but I def. think we can do something cooler.
![]() I'll more than likely take the Organizations Chief and Event Chief positions. Besides this, I won't be able to do a whole lot with the others except brainstorm ideas being so busy this semester. I'd like to stress that we have plenty of time to get these things done and do a lot more and have even more fun this year. We just need to get some people involved that can take charge of their according stuff and get some cool stuff done. ![]() 2010 Mk6 Gti... No it's not a DSG

Great news! Was a great event last year and family-oriented, too!

I would say paint, but that curved text would give me a problem in paint. |

It would be incredibly slimey to flat out copy someone else's design for a similar type of event. ![]()

^^^ Note, it was a suggestion people. I know that it's not that great quality wise... just something that we can help to stimulate creative thoughts.
I've spoken with a senior professor in Mech. Engr and they want to be involved. Anyone else interested in helping? ![]() 2010 Mk6 Gti... No it's not a DSG

Count me in... I'm not quite as resourceful and talented as a lot of the group, but I'm definitely willing to help out in any way I can. :-D

I've spoken with the guys running ASME and they are very interested in having a tent there, and helping out in any way they can. We're def. going to need some people to start helping soon if we want to get this thing off the ground.
Also, if you have any expertise in something, have extra time etc... let me know and I'll try to get you situated with something that you can be of the most benefit. Lastly, I'm stressing that we move fast with the initial plans so that we can put the event up on myautoevents and also so that we can start on a specific proposal for a possible better location for the event. Again, we are planning for P-3, but with enough help from you guys, resourcefulness, thinking and help from others at the University, we could get a chance to have a great location. If you come to the meeting tomorrow, you'll find out where I'm referring to. ![]() 2010 Mk6 Gti... No it's not a DSG

I have a boat load of pictures from different events. I can put some on a CD and bring them to the next meeting to use for postcards.
