Ted - you're taking this all WAY too seriously.
Would I build a car towards a class if I thought that the club controlling it was evil & soulless? ![]() RELAX ![]() we'll see what changes happen - I still feel you're MUCH safer on track in HPDE than you are going down I-85, but meh. and I paid for every dime of my track costs with a <$10/hr <20hr week job too Its not THAT bad.

Oh but I AM serious... I want you to run a hillclimb!!!
It's just like an autocross... except uphill, a lot faster...and oh yeah...the pylons are stone colored and look like rocks! Come get some mountain! Take an Audi R8 up a hairy hillclimb run below... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gr-kUg-Q5DY Ted E. Bayer - Hillclimbing Understeer is when you hit the mountain with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the mountain with the rear of the car. Horsepower is how fast you hit the mountain, torque is how far you move the mountain. |
