I figured I'd post some pictures of the new ride. I don't think many/any of the new guys know me, but some of the old timers do. I've been driving a black 96 Firebird WS6 for the past 3 years, but I just got a new DD! Its an 08 Mazdaspeed 3. Really enjoying the car so far. Super usefull (spacewise) and loads of fun to drive. Still got the WS6, its chillin in the garage for now, and I've got plans for it twisted

Nice Tony. I am glad you still have the Firebird too because it is quick for what it was. Now you can make it fast for what it can be. Glad you got a Mazda.

Nice pick! Fun little cars with some great performance potential, even on the itty bitty stock turbo.

If you plan on doing some performance mods then I would consider the Cobb AP as a tuner. But with full bolt-on's you can make right at 300whp and close to 400whtq. Or will this be the DD? Either way still a good pick!

Thanks guys! Ya, this will stay a DD for now. So probably no mods except wheels and tires for autox. But it seems like there is a great aftermarket for these cars, so who knows how long I can hold out Lol

I don't have a whole lot of fwd experience, so it scared the shit out of me the first time I nailed it in 3rd. Now that I know what to expect its actually kind of fun. I have yet to experience what it's like without the nanny controls Lol

The 2010+ are awesome. It is what the WRX should have looked like.
