F1 is on again in Austin for 2012

don't get too excited... Bernie will create more drama as he feels attention is good marketing for the F1 whether it is good or bad.

Understeer is when you hit the mountain with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the mountain with the rear of the car. Horsepower is how fast you hit the mountain, torque is how far you move the mountain.

I don't really care too much whether F1 shows up anytime soon, I just want the track done. I want to see V8 Supercars.

Hi. I like V8s.

And KEN persists in trying to continue the rumor he tried to start while still a student at Clemson University that everything is BIGGER in Texas. Wink

Well.. in this case, you might be right!

THAT is going to be one awesome venue. There is a strong likelihood we will be hearing early January about two new road courses being built up in the Southeast ... let's say somewhere's between Greenville and Charlotte roughly (not Racer's Paradise... still waiting to hear latest on that one.) Won't be as big nor as good as yours Ken but... nice to have more local places to play and choices that will drive track rental d o w n.... hopefully.

Ahem... must confirm. Everything is, in fact, bigger in Texas. Especially egos and speed limits. If that rumor's only been around since Mr. Ken was in school... did he autox Fred Flinstone's car?

+1 V8 supercars. Hate the FIA, WRC is finally showing signs of recovering, they should be about ready to gut them again.
