Quality Local Repair Shop...
Goat took a hit last night when I was exploring SWU campus. Corolla took a bit of the left rear panel and wheel and spun me 180 in the wet. Both drivers are fine but my baby has some boo boos. Rear bumper and left rear panel (which stretches all the way over the windows and door to the front quarter panel...) took all the body damage, but the wheel was hit too. Tie rod on the wheel is bent and the diff/CVs screamed the whole 2 mile limp home.

Can anyone recommend a local shop for the repairs? So far this place is at the top of my list Custom Collision Inc. I'd like to get it in ASAP because my plans were to drive home to Texas after finals.

Going to be towed to Custom Collision in the morning.

I'm going to get them to fill the holes in the truck deck from where the spoiler used to be mounted... lip spoiler anyone?

The only one I've used is Bobby Wood in West Union. He did great work on my Dad's GTO.

Will work for beer.

RE: Quality Local Repair Shop...
Took the GTO into Bobby Wood for my first oil change and alignment and had them do an inspection... was not impressed really. Didn't point out anything I didn't already know and I found other stuff later on. Wish I wasn't under a time crunch but I went with Custom Collision because they were the most reputable place I was able to find online. I know that's not much to go on but I'd like to get it back ASAP to go home for Christmas and they warranty all their work. Hoping it's not going to be in for like a month...

I know it's a bit farther away, but Image Collision Repair in Spartanburg was fantastic. The fixed this mess in about 2 days- sheetmetal, windshield, paint, and all- after the estimate and insurance business was sorted out, and the car was ready pick up less than a week after the incident.

And, well, you know how it looks now.

Bobby Wood Collision is owned independently from the dealership. The guy who runs it bought it from Bobby Wood.
