so this is a 5.8L version of the coyote (DOHC) motor right? needless to say, very impressed, still think i'd rather have the boss...

I was more interested in reading the release talking about how they lowered the gear ratios in all gears but 4th and the final drive to try and get "performance". I think they are doing that so it can put more power down. I drove a 2012 GT500 and it is an animal, so I imagine 100 MOAR horses would be even more so. Also, 6-piston Brembos and electronic dampers on a Mustang.....never thought I'd see the day  Patrick, the new 5.8 is simply a slightly bored version of the current 5.4 block, which is from the Ford GT supercar, which was simply an aluminum block version of the old F150 engines
