Fall Autocross #2 Nov 20th [cancelled]

I've got a little time to help between working and classes. If I remember correctly though I think some of the names we have of people who paid memberships don't have emails with them. The registration table was so crazy at the last event that some just got overlooked. If you know someone who paid dues at the last event please get the officers their email so we can get them their member number ASAP.

I'm getting camber and toe adjusted on all 4 wheels for $120. That's a bit of a discount from this shop's normal price, and they know Porsches and racing; can't hurt since I needed the alignment anyway after the pothole/crater...

I did an alignment on the 2 this weekend. Cost me 20 min.

I wish. This was the old school, toe plates and measuring tapes. Still works though. It is really easy to get to everything when your car is like a 4X4.

Interesting, everything I read implies it's nigh impossible to line it up right without all their fancy stuff. If you post a how-to in one of the tech sections I'll sticky it

I'm also interested in a how-to. Otherwise, any suggestions on a local shop (cheap) for autocross alignment?

One plate on one side. One plate on the other. 2 measuring tapes. Measure the difference between the front one and the rear one. That is your toe.

In the picture the plate is upside down. You put the tape measure in the slot on the plate.

What if I want to pay member dues and autox fees at the same time? There's not an option for that on the registration page.
