Alright guys, we are very, VERY excited to have our events once again and there are a couple of minor housekeeping things to do before hand. I will announce this at the meeting as well, but you MUST PAY YOUR DUES to recieve member price for the events. You may bring your $30 for the yearly dues either with you to the first autocross or to the meeting on Wednesday night. If you are a returning member, you will retain your member number and your status will be updated. If you are a new paying member, I'll give you your number. I will allow returning members to register as such for this first event, but if you don't pay your dues, don't be surprised when I ask you for 20 more dollars. We need everyone to pay dues and I think there has been some failure for this in the past. We have some potential investments in the Club Car that we want to make and we need $$ to do that! thumbsup

Speaking of registration...when can we register online for the next autocross event??

I just updated the Motorsports Reg file. All of you who had a member number before should be able to use your same one to register now. To those that are new, please PM me with:
Your first and last name
e-mail address

You should then go to motorsportreg.com and create your account using your name and email EXACTLY as you sent it to me. I'll get back to you as I can to get you your number.

Better, but people who aren't on the forum won't be able to pre-register and pay the day of, which is a large amount of people who go to our events. How did all of this get changed form last year?

So i cant just show up the day of and pay? i know a few people who are coming and it will be hard to convince then to log in 2 new places?

I am not really known with all the new members in the club. but i have been around. i liked that people could walk up and sign up.

appears fixed? i was able to change mine to cash payment. someone w/o a membership number needs to try it.

I do want non-member to be able to pay cash day of. I'll see if I can get this to work right. Just tell everyone that they can sign up the day of.

I wasn't able to get Motorsport Reg to do what I want to yet and the deadline is fast approaching. I think the fairest thing that I can do is waive the $5 extra charge for signing up the day of, since this was my fault for the confusion. Please tell EVERYONE you can to come out and sign up!!!!! I still am going to do the $20 special for all non-member first time autocrossers this year thumbsup

To those who are waiting on member numbers, I'll have them to you by tomorrow night!

I gave the membership money a while ago, like the first or second meeting, but was not given a membership number. So, im not able to register for the event as a member. If someone in charge of that could give me a number so i can sign up online, itd be much appreciated. Thanks
