How do i put a picture in my signature. i cant quite figure it out

You need to use a pic hosting site to host the picture and it needs to be a small size pic (not sure of the requirements, if they even exist). Then just use [img] [/img] tags around the url you get from the hosting site and boom, you got yourself a sig pic.
