Experience fighting Clemson City traffic ticket?

I'm not even sure that the CUPD puts that stuff on your public record, but I may be wrong. I know that smaller schools don't.

The "too fast for conditions" was CUPD but if anyone in SC was going to put that on my Texas record CUPD would have. They have local AND statewide jurisdiction, kind of like a city-statie combo. Not worried about this one going on my Texas record either.

In my time at Clemson from 04'-08' I had nothing but good run-ins with CUPD. Its the city cops and especially pickens county cops that you had to watch out for. You could get a ticket for going 1mph over the limit from them and they'd treat you like a sex offender.

personally I wouldn't settle for community service..........really you want me to pick up trash bags and plant trees for 3mph over the limit?
