September 22 | Motorsports on Main
Not sure if this has been mentioned already, but next Thursday will be the 2nd Motorsports on Main event set-up by Michelin in downtown Greenville...
http://www.michelinalley.com/?page_id=2931 This is a free event (from 1:00 - 9:00 pm) presenting cars & drivers of the American Le Mans series before they head to Road Atlanta for Petit Le Mans. Last year's visitors included Corvette Racing, Extreme Speed Motorsports, BMW, Panoz + more. CU-ICAR also had a display along with some other local companies. This would also be a good chance if you're heading to Road Atlanta for Petit to check out some cars before they start losing fenders. DSP #71 SCCA CCR / SCR Regions My DSP AutoX Build Thread |

I've been seeing mentions of this all over Speed Channel and such - sounds awesome. Someone go and take pics for me since I can't make it

I'll be there... got a press pass for some of the drivers luncheon and meetings too! Does not include test drives... bummer.
Ted E. Bayer - Hillclimbing Understeer is when you hit the mountain with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the mountain with the rear of the car. Horsepower is how fast you hit the mountain, torque is how far you move the mountain. |
