Ducati 696 Monster & Ferrari 599 GTO Photoshoot - 8/28/11

many people who follow my picture threads know that i've been working on setting up a shoot of this 599 GTO for some time. my friend that works for the owner was finally able to line it up, unfortunately bittersweet though since the reason the car made it out to the airport for us to shoot it was so it could be picked up by a car carrier and taken down to Atlanta to be sold at the dealership there. since i was coming out to shoot the car, my friend invited one of his friends as well so i could take some pics of his 696 Monster before we worked on the ferrari. this was my first time shooting a bike so i made some mistakes that i won't again (most of them didn't make it past the raw stage). my friend kyle joined me to get some of his own shots as well. regardless, i was happy with how they came out overall...

That interior looks just like the F430 Scuderia, hopefully it doesn't creak and rattle like one

Love the pic with the sun in it. I always thought that was a no-no until this. Guess you just need the right equipment!

lol yea, technically it's against "the rules" and it would have sucked without strobes. and i needed 3 (borrowed one from kyle) to overpower the sun on a dark car.
