Alright folks, we had a fantastic showing at the Orginizations Fair with 118 people showing interest in our club and even had 6 new paid members Big Grin

To the rest of you that peruse this board, I'd like for you to come out to the FIRST MEETING OF THE YEAR!

LOCATION: DANIEL 100B (The big auditorium on the ground floor)
DATE: August 31 (Next Wednesday)
TIME: 8:00 PM

Come out for an intro to the new officers, some general nonsense, and the big event that will be a meeting staple this semester, CAR TRIVIA!
I'll be hosting the trivia for the first three weeks. I'll go over the rules at the meeting but know that the winner will get FREE AUTOCROSS and a perfect score will get 20 dollars! thumbsup

random question but how do current members pay to renew membership? I checked org sync and couldn't figure it out. definitely something to talk about at the meeting.
might be something to post up under the announcements... like how to sign up and how much it's gonna cost.

I also went ahead and paid. I'll be there for the meeting as well. One question though... I need to wash my baby. I've got cleaning stuff and bucket; just need a hose. Anyone got any advice on what to do/where to go???

You spelled auditorium wrong on the front page...

We need to figure out who is going to be the new OrgSync rep for the club. Someone who will keep everyone who is on OrgSync, which is actually a lot of people and seems to be a very good email list, in touch with what is going on in the club. I am hoping this new thing Clemson is doing will help us reach out to everyone in the club, no matter if they get on the forums or not.

Steve have you sent out a mass email from our Google account?

* well it looks like Zach put something up on our OrgSync page but not many people check that. I went ahead and sent a message to everyone, just a quick message every now and again would probably gain more attention. For people who do not make it on the forums and may miss a meeting they will likely go to OrgSync to see what they missed. I would suggest putting meeting minutes up on there as well, along with emailing them.

Luke, I'd love to see you and the gang but can't. The younger of my Golden Retreivers was daignosed with bone cancer in her left hind leg. She's in pain now and it will be amputated friday so... got's ta take care of the kids.
I WILL try to make some meetings this year... meantime, anything CSCC needs I can help with, please let me know.
