15" wheels for CC1
Our sponsor Fred Switzer has kindly offered to donate 5 sets mildly used RA1's. They are 15" and CC1 currently rolls on 14s. If anyone sees some for an 83 RX7 or something that will fit the 4 lug wheels (I'm not too familar with JDM stuff Lol ), please contact me or another officer ASAP!

As kellan said we have found a few options but if anyone knows of some cheap 15inch wheels with a 4x108 bolt pattern please let us know.

RE: 15" wheels for CC1
Fred would like to have his garage clear very soon (days not weeks), so let's make a decesion quickly. ^Stefan has a good idea.....it'll look a little odd, but there are a heck of a lot more Stang parts around here than RX7 I would bet...

RE: 15" wheels for CC1
15x7s if they clear might make a smart decision - finding second hand race tires in those sizes is alot easier Smile

Before you say we will get then steve, are you sure they are the right bolt pattern and at least try and talk him down some from his asking price. Are rx-7 has an off bolt pattern even for the rx-7. at 4x108

Go ahead and get the tires, there are plenty of places to store them.

I was referring to the tires Lol I trust ya'll to get the wheels. I'd like to have CC1 ready to go in case of summer autocross or taking it to an SCCA event or both.

RE: 15" wheels for CC1
I talked to the guys at the shop about the wheels we got for our racecar and they were from a place called Racers Edge. They are located right near Hamp's shop. Hamp's number is 864-915-1776. He might have wheels, and if not he can put you in contact with that other shop. We got our wheels for $60 each if I remember correctly. Not the lightest, but cheap.

So I e-mailed Fred and he'll give us the 5 sets. Who is free tomorrow to grab them? I'll come help, but I don't think the stang can hold tires Lol
