For sale: 1977 Datsun 280z shell w/ clear title

Condition: shell only

Comments: Shell does not come with anything more than what you see in the pictures. In fact, any parts that can be removed without cutting that are still on the shell in the pictures have probably already been removed and are not for sale with the shell. I have most of the stock parts still to make this a rolling shell and will discuss letting go together if interested, otherwise I'll be selling them separately. Welding on this car isn't great, but it held up to over 500 rwhp so I can't say it isn't solid. I was going to simply take the shell to the salvage yard, but I'd be happier if I could help out someone local with some parts.

Things that were added/removed:
-bad dog z frame rails installed
-bad dog z passenger floor pan installed and section of driver floor pan installed
-battery tray replaced
-spare tire well cut out for fuel cell
-stock trans/engine mounts modified
-seat rails installed
-fenders raised for fender flares.
-most of the stock insulation has been removed
-*everything that was bolted down was removed*

Shell must be gone in 2 weeks! Save this z from the scrap yard!

best offer.

That's my problem lol. I don't regret getting the project, but this one would be so fun to make a monster.

PERFECT for an LS1 swap, you could have a 2000 lb car w/ as much hp as you can stand.

i have the doors/hood, steering rack/column/wheel, front and rear control/tc/a-arms, hubs, brakes, fuel tank.

beyond that you would only need springs, shocks, and wheels to get it rolling, seats might be good but i can come up w/ a few ideas if you need them.

shell is gone, but i've got all the parts to build a z - the suspension columns, brakes, hubs, s13 dash and console, fuel cell, nitrous kit, 2 rated harnesses, a beefy roll bar, steering rack/column/wheel, cross member, windows, doors, fenders, rear hatch, chrome molding ... i took EVERYTHING off the shell before it was hauled away
