I find it easier to drive a car with Tq at an autocross actually. They seem more consistant because you can use the power to get the car to slide when you want.

How about scheduled fun run time for driving other people's cars? Maybe 1 or 2 runs apiece in something unlike what you normally drive? I don't know what the feasibility of a post-finals autox is but if we had a lower registration event, could we set 2 regular run groups for competition and 1 for mixing it up? I'd like to try driving a car that, you know, turns. Maybe Tyler will realize he bought the wrong car, too.

I'm also down to navigate/ride along for coaching. It helped me so much last season.

They have those already, they're called fun runs We typically have them if time allows (it hasn't recently). $2/run after your 4 timed runs are over. And I realized I bought the wrong car the first time I autocrossed it. I rectified that problem by buying the right car soon after (a miata) ![]() tylerz@clemsonscc.org |
