350z: Twin Turbo Kit - Pump Gas Dyno Tune
The following setup belongs to Chris (Upstate, SC). No pics for the time being guys. Tuned on Haltech Pro.
350Z Greddy TT kit -18g Tial WG Arias 8.8:1 .020OB Pistons Eagle Rods Cosworth Main/Journal/Thrust Bearings Entire Rotating Assembly Balanced HKS Headgaskets ARP Standard Headstuds ARP Standard Mainstuds Haltech Platinum pro ECU with dual widebands and boost control solenoid AAM competition 3" downpipes with open dumps AAM oil pan spacer with return lines Southbend DXD Solid face Clutch CJ motorsports stage 0 RFS with FPR K&N filters for intake Cosworth Intake Plenum DW300lph fuel pump Jwt Flywheel Brian Crower Stage 2 cams DW 800cc injectors Earls performance Oil cooler with Mocal thermostatic sandwich plate Tach signal was lost (usually from lack of grounds) so the chart was posted in speed. Ignore the max value for torque, it's a byproduct of lost tach signal from the car to the dyno. Torque is actually between 365-370. 8 psi Chart smoothing set at zero. ![]() Chart smoothing at five.

RE: 350z: Twin Turbo Kit - Pump Gas Dyno Tune
The above charts were with the cam angles tuned.
I'll try to find the chart with the stock cam angle settings so those interested can see what a noticeable difference tuning the cam angles made on this setup. RE: 350z: Twin Turbo Kit - Pump Gas Dyno Tune
Is he going to start pushing it a little more? With all that motor work he could be putting down at least 500whp safely...

Wasn't he making more power with the Vortech? car is leaking boost somewhere, also, he is VERY VERY slowly upping the boost. Like I said, car was built a few months ago, he travels so much for work that he only gets to add miles willy nilly. He wanted 500- 700 before tuning, guess he wanted a tune for now. Current setup I believe is capable of 18/20 psi and hes running 7.... its a fully built motor etc... 2010 Chevy Silverado 5.3l Crew Cab. 2012 Mustang V6 Missed but not forgotten: 2006 350z Track. 1987 Porsche 944S. 1994 Geo Prizm. |
