RE: Chump car looking for corner workers for CMS on 4/23
Was running the Charlotte ChumpCar event on Saturday and saw a few CSCC members/shirts helping out with the event. Just wanted to stop by and say thanks to everyone who was able to make the trip to help and making the event possible. Driving on the full Charlotte roval (I was in the #01 Generar Ree '71 240Z) was pretty awesome, and hopefully some day you will all get a chance to do the same. ChumpCar/Lemons is always a great chance for some cheap seat time.

RE: Chump car looking for corner workers for CMS on 4/23
Definitely want to run in one of these beater races one day. Working it was not nearly as bad as I was anticipating. We got moved around to different corners and that helped the monotony a lot. I hope that guy in that Infiniti is OK. I saw the whole thing but it was too far away for me to respond (CMS rescue was there long before I would have been at a sprint). I did see him make it out of the car long before any of his fire gear should have worn off.

Sucks that he crashed out while leading the race with an hour to go. Apparently they believe the fire was due to the wiring harness being a little too close to the fuel rails, but you could also hear the sound of metal-on-metal all day everytime they would brake to enter the road course. That car was making weird noises everywhere on the course after just an hour...
