On-Campus meeting this week...Officer Nominations!

So its time again for the current officers to pass the torch to the next set of guys/gals wishing to take our club into the next year.

This is a very important aspect of this club's success. If we do not have proper people representing us and getting things done for the club then operations tend to go downhill. All of the positions are up for grabs, and we are no longer holding the President's position as one that you must be a previous officer to run for. Listed below are the positions:

President
VP
Treasurer
Secretary
Public Relations
Autocross Chair
CMF Chair

You must be an active student to run for office. Also, please be aware of the role you will be taking if you plan on running for office. If you have questions regarding a position then please feel free to PM myself or any of the other officers and we can give you an overview of what will be expected and how to excel in your position.

Nominations can be made by other people or yourself. I would rather people be self-nominated because that shows you are actually WANTING to be in that position, instead of someone suggesting. However if you know someone that would be good in a position please do not hesitate to nominate them, unless they say not to I guess lol.

We will only be nominating people this meeting. Next on-campus meeting will be the actual election. Please if you cannot make it to this weeks meeting then try to make it to the March 10th on-campus meeting as we will need as many people voting as possible! Also, you do not have to be a CSCC guru or someone who has been with the club for a while in order to be eligible. If you think you would be good or would like to do any of these positions, then please go for it! We need officers who enjoy making CSCC better, no matter how long you have been with us

Darn I would have an awesome time being CMF Chair! Maybe I should pickup a minor in Horticulture to stick around for another year LOL!
