Good Place to get Bent Wheel fixed

Hey guys i might soon be acquiring some Rays wheels that need a little work...

One of the wheels has a bent lip on it that currently still holds air but doesn't exactly look all that great. What's a good place around here that could fix it? The owner said he got a quote from someone in Grenville for $140 but i figured I'd shop around first.

Also thinking of possibly painting them gold. So if anyone has any wisdom in that department i could use it.

also redline rim repair in gville seems to be pretty big/well reviewed.

I pretty sure i used them too freshman year to have some curb rash sanded and resprayed. They did them on car and looked great.
