Club dates

So we had our first officer meeting of the semester and came up with some POSSIBLE dates for the autocrosses. Again, these are NOT SURE FIRE DATES, I am going to ask parking services this week if these dates will work and post up then.

Jan 30th
Feb 19th
Mar. 5th


Our Motorsport Festival will be both an autocross and car show this year. R1 will be the perfect spot for doing both, so much room to work with!! This date is more likely to be a sure thing, so you can go ahead and mark this one on your calender (I'll post up soon if things change though).

April 2nd for CMF

Paintball date - Feb 26th at Red Fox paintball in Spartanburg, more info on this when we get closer to the date.

ATL dragway first open test and tune Feb 26th 9-5pm AND March 11th Fast Friday

Also the club car will be MOVING. We don't want to tick anyone off with working on the car on Clemson property so we will be moving it to an off-campus location so we can actually do work on it. Will post up more info about this.

Also, PLEASE MAKE IT TO THE FIRST ON CAMPUS MEETING! If you have questions concerning anything I have said above then the on-campus meeting it the place to ask them (or concerns, rants, raves, whatever). We are keeping it the same spot as last semester, and will be doing bi-weekly meetings just like last semester. So our first on campus meeting will be at 8pm Thursday, Jan 27th at Kinard 101.

Glad to see you are planning to run some more AutoX events this semester. Just as a heads up, your possible date of Feb 19th conflicts with the first CCR event of the year at Z-Max. Since this is such a good site it may draw away some potential entrants if you schedule the same date.

Bitches? Like Robbie said, once every 4 months vs. once every 2 weeks is a bit of a difference, not to mention it is for an all day event vs. just having dinner...

And I don't see you giving up the V to ride around on the catbus anytime soon. Easy there Shon, sorry we got your panties in a bunch not wanting to drive to Anderson for food that is perfectly fine in Clemson. Remember Anderson guys that this is the CLEMSON sports car club, go make your own if you want the meetings there lol.
