B18b - BEP256 Turbo - E85 Dyno Tune
John from Raleigh brought us his Integra for a tune on E85 last night.

Here is the setup:

Stock B18b

Cast Manifold
Bullseye BEP256 Turbo
2 1/2" Downpipe
38mm Tial Wastegate
FMIC
Greddy BOV

1000cc ID Injectors
Adjustable FPR
Walbro 255 LPH pump

Tuned on Crome Gold

Here is the chart. This is 7 psi. John originally wanted to run 10 PSI, but his boost controller failed on the dyno.

Yeah... It's hard to beat a Honda. As a side note, we plan to get this car back on the dyno soon. The customer plans to add a set of head studs and a new head gasket, so that we can turn up the boost a bit. The turbo isn't really in it's efficiency range at 7 PSI, so expect some decent power gains.

Good power. Just noticed this guy came from Raleigh...looks like TDC is gaining some pretty big ground as far as tuning goes. Good going guys!

BorgWarner turbos = WIN!!!

Great power for 7 psi of pressure!

May the Boost be with us...
