^ I'm not surprised. I wondered how the 2011 would be classed. Were I to fall into a cash mound, I'd have a rather difficult choice of modding the Shelby or trading it for a 5.0

cheater factory car Smile
probably get reclassed next year.

It's all factory parts, not dissimilar to the S2000 CR or STi. I like to think of the mods as nice options Wink

The car was quiet, balanced well (miminal drama - wheel spin), and looked you were out for a Sunday drive. I kept thinking you weren't going that fast when you made your first run until I heard the time. Smile

I'd rather be a racer for a moment than spend a lifetime as a spectator.

^ I don't like quiet.....I need more noise!!!! hhaha It's certainly deceptively good at what it does. It's even more fun in Anderson.

Yeah, you were very smooth out there. I was suprised by the time. What is the weight on the stang?

Here I was feeling good about my progression, I was a little uneasy this past weekend breaking in the new V12s I had just put on.
10/9 47.647 - first time for auto cross
10/30 45.548
11/13 44.943 had one quicker time, but I botched the exit..... ooops

Yea I probably could have done better than 42.6 by a little, but SOMEONE decided to suggest I change my driving style Tongue. My runs ended up getting worse and worse throughout the day Lol

I think its around 3600. I was on new Michelin Plot Sport All Seasons with a tread wear of 500. Lol I'd love to get my hands on a good set of PS2s or BFG R1s.

I hope that "someone" wasn't in the same class...

I used to psyc this one guy out at the beginning of every race. I would tell him what I did to the car that week and his first run was way off mine. Then around run 3 he would beat my best time by a second or two. The irony is that he was a great driver. He could drive forward, spin the car and at the same time shift to second, drive in reverse for a while, and switch back consistently.

I'd rather be a racer for a moment than spend a lifetime as a spectator.
