VG30DETT - Nistune - Pump Gas Dyno Tune
Justin brought us his SUPER clean Z32 over the weekend for a tune.
![]() Here is the setup: Stock VG30DETT Stock Turbos 740cc Injectors Walbro 255 LPH Fuel Pump Dual N62 MAFs Twin Intakes Selin Device (MAF Translator) ASH Spec Intercoolers Apexi Exhaust Apexi Downpipes Tuned on Nistune (previously on a ROM tune) Click here for the Video!!!!!!! Justin's car was tuned with the fans off, with multiple back to back pulls, to simulate a heat soak condition. The red chart is the base pull, and the blue chart is our tune.

Thats some good power! What is the redline? It looks like those stock turbos are still flowing pretty good up top!

The turbos have internal wastegates so it would hit 17.5psi at 65mph and come down to 13.5-14psi almost immediately despite the EBC doing it's best. This is somewhat typical on these setups with internal wastegates, otherwise I'm pretty confident it would of seen low 400's.

As posted by the customer, and yes, it's correct:
Peak Torque was ~420 @ 4500rpm ![]() here is the logic: Tire Width in (mm): 265 Aspect Ratio: 35 Rim Diameter in (inch): 18 Transmission Gear Ratio: 1.302 Differential Ratio (final drive): 4.08 Transmission Gearing: 1st 3.214 2nd 1.925 3rd 1.302 <-- based off what I see, pulls were done in 3rd gear 4th 1.000 5th 0.752 Formula for Horsepower: (Torque x RPM) / 5252 = Horsepower Website used to calculate RPM: [url="http://www.kabamus.com/garage/gears.html"]http://www.kabamus.com/garage/gears.html[/url] Results:
