B20b w/ GSR Head - Hondata S300 - Pump Gas Tune
Tim brought us his Built Integra for a Tune on Hondata S300. After a few quick fixes on the oil lines and rerouting the vacuum lines, Tim's car made it to the dyno.

Here is the setup:
GSR head
Built B20b Bottom End, presumably low compression.
Block Guard
Bosch 1000cc Injectors
Synapse Turbo Kit
Tial 48mm Wastegate
57 trim Garrett Turbo
3" Open Downpipe
Tuned on Hondata S300

This is the Dyno chart for wastegate pressure. The spring was 14psi but it actually fluctuated between 14.8-15.3psi. There were some boost controller issues on the dyno, and Tim will be getting those sorted out, and then it's back to the dyno.

Decent numbers. If I remove the supercharger my hatch would make similar numbers on that boost Smile

Nope. He was not aware of it until we mentioned it. Next time, it will be on there.
Also, the above run was using 4th gear. We usually use third for most of the tuning and use 4th for fine tuning.

To stay consistent with previous cars, the following are the 3rd gear pulls. One with a smoothing of 3 (what we mainly use for tuning) and the other with a smoothing of 5 (industry standard for posting).
