It is! This is one of the bigger event sites SCCA runs... and registration will fill up. THERE IS a cap. We already are getting emails from people planning to attend from Atlanta, Wilmington, Raleigh and Danville. This is a unique idea with the two courses we have been discussing for 3 months ... it creates a lot of problems from timing and scoring (2 sets) to having enough courseworkers.

BUT we are pretty sure, it will be worth it. Look forward to having you with us.
Also, if you are interested in course working the Memorial Monster races, let me know... that will get free room and food and may be a discount on the autocross monday. I think Ian and Bridget are working in T&S from USC club. I'll be asst. Race chair for the weekend and autocrossing with TJ on monday. Hope to see a good turnout rep'ing for CSCC!

$60, yikes! I may just come watch. I don't think dad would let me do this one anyway.

So is anyone elce going? I would like to get a hotel room closeish by so I don't have to leave at 4:30 to get there. Would be better to not get one alone.

Keegan has a job yay! lol Really guy, you should be happy you can make some money.

Zach, I'm 90% sure I'd be up for going in on the hotel room. My tires however say differently. They aren't chording, but the inside edges say the time is near. How fast are we talking with a course like this? 3rd gear I'm assuming... or alot of chicago boxes and slaloms. lol

Are the lines of cones indicating slaloms? Looks like they're doing whatever possible to throttle down the speeds. Looks like great fun, but nowhere near full speed. I guess just going around 1/3 of a lap would be kind of boring anyway on the normal course.

I'll just be getting back from a friend's bachelor party Fri-Sat, and might make another party on Sunday if I can get back in time...since I'd probably have trouble making it to work anyway Wink maybe I can just plan on attending...

I would love to go, but it looks like the university is once again being retarded and not giving us memorial day off, so I doubt I can make that, unless I can take the hit on absences. It looks like an awesome event.

RE: AX at Carolina Motorsports Park -- On the track!
how long of a drive are we talking about? 3 hours? i'm seriously considering driving down after work. i'll probably have to buy a case of 5hour energy shots though.
