Another Website Update

Hey all

So there's a new portal, complete with static pages and some other junk. You can see it by clicking the "Home" button. Give me your thoughts and suggestions (depending on how difficult they are to implement, I may make it happen)

Clicking "Forums" either at the root of the directory structure (top-left of portal) or in the Navigation box does not bring me to the Forum directory for some reason. Am I alone in this problem?

They both work for me in Chrome but not IE8.

Not sure if this is the place to report it, but clicking on "Autocrosses" on the main page (left column) gives me a 404 error.
