Ok guys, we have an autocross coming up in less than a week.
As most of you know, everyone at the autocross works (usually the run right after the one in which you drove). However, we will also need additional help with the following:
Setup - everyone
Registration - Keri, Robbie
Tech - Stefan, David Elkin
Timing - Zach/Stefan, David Escobar
Takedown - everyone (hopefuly)
Waivers (at least two people) -
Course Design - Zach, Dave Markert
If you can help, please post up here, or come to the meeting on Weds night and we'll get everything sorted out.

I'll be there doing setup and coordinating everyone I take it. Also will be the acting safety steward afaik.
I'll of course be there for setup. I could try to learn timing, or be all journalist like and take pictures.
Ill be doing setup and hopefully stephan will be able to get timing ready before the event and run it for at least the 1st run group.
I can do tech again if nobody else jumps on it

actually ross i'm gonna pull the rank card on this and say i'm in charge of coordinating.

Ross you're really good at safety stuff and getting everything set up for that. You're welcome to work with me at Reg but if you don't want to, I need at least one more person.

Aside from all that, I'll do timing and such. Are we working the group before or after we make our runs?
I'll be there probably around 7:30am again, and will do whatever you want me to (as long as it isn't having people sign waivers when they come in)
I'll be there all day and can get food for people, I've done timing before, I can help with registration and tear-down. I can also help with telling when people can go for their autocross (when it is safe for them to start).

what i should have said is that it's time for me to take over the reigns for running events. i watched and helped you enough last year to know how it's done and how to jump on people to get them to go where we need them.

now, if it's at all possible, i would like to see you calm and relaxed at this event and having a good time. we should be able to handle everything.

actually I would like to see that too... you are usually so concerned with keeping everything running smoothly (which we DO appreciate) that you don't really get to chill out and enjoy yourself. So I want to see you smiling and having fun on Sunday
