Hello,
I'm not "new" to Clemson by a long shot, but I am new to the whole SCC scene.
I am a Grad Student in Mechanical Engineering, graduated from Clemson for undergrad, so this is start of year 6... typical for engineers to stay more than half a decade...
I drive a 2003 Mazda Protege5, blue... there are lots of them around Clemson it seems... Not a lot of experience with this stuff, aside from my vehicle dynamics classes where we went to Michelin's test track and tore it up on the wet handling course...
I know Ross from ME classes as well... so hopefully he can pull this Anderson AutoX together sometime soon so I can burn up some rubber this semester...
And since I don't have "enough" to keep me busy in Grad school (yea, right) I am converting my other P5 to fully electric... like plug into the wall, runs on batteries and electric motor, electric. With any luck, that will be AutoX-able by next semester... which should be very interesting to say the least.
