Anyone have personal experience to challenge this? I think I may have the world's messiest roommate...

Shock

How does he actually live there?
I lived with Chris, and Garrett.......

talk to me when you have something real to talk about roll
haha, when i lived with svensko we had a roomie that was the worst. not only would he leave his crap laying around, he would leave trash. Actual Garbage! He would come in, open food, etc, fill the trash can, and not take it out. we took it out plenty of times for him, but it got old. he finally just left after i told him to take it out rather firmly. I almost took it to his new residence and dumped it on the front door, almost. i hate messy folks.
Had a roommate that lived in the living room with his girlfriend. He used our room as his closet, with his crap all over the place. At first it pissed me off, but I liked having the room to myself, and just pushed his crap as far over as I could
I just cannot see how someone could possibly be so messy. I mean, it's one thing to leave stuff out while you're using it, but to be in a constant state of chaos is just ridiculous. I've lost a USB cable and more recently the remote to my stereo somewhere in his mess. >.<

No way I could have handled that. Kid would have been out of the apt. if it were me.
time to kick some ass if things don't change Surprised
i would have a nervous breakdown oops
I've seen worse. Literally not being able to walk in a guy's room because of dirty clothes, computer parts, books. With food/garbage mixed in.

The smell was epic.
I had a roommate my freshman year in Lightsey (way before Lightsey II was built) that would use all of the dishes (pots, pans, plates, glasses, you name it) and wouldn't wash the dishes. I would clean the dishes because at some point I would need to cook. It got old pretty quick.

Well, the week before spring break he used almost every dish in the apartment. There where dishes in each part of the sink stacked about twice as high as the sink was deep; along with dishes down the counter.

As my best friend and I were about to venture home for spring break, my friend stopped me and asked if we should clean up the dishes. I said heck no, and walked out. I told him that we had two options; one leave the dishes where they were or take them and put them on our roommates bed. He opted for leaving them in the sink. We also raised the temperature in the apartment by a few degrees before we left.

The Sunday before school started back, my friend and I walked back into the apartment at around 7pm and our roommate was standing there with a towel over his shoulder. He had just washed the dishes. I can't imagine what those dishes smelled like when he had to wash them.

It was epic. He was soooo pissed, but that ended his abuse of the dishes.

Yes, that is the worst I've seen Shock
If it got that bad i would throw his crap all out into the hallway.

So apparently he had a lot of homework to do last night and didnt get into bed until 3 (making a ton of noise doing so). Okay, I can stand for that. But then he sets his alarm for 5:30 (which also wakes me up). He decides he'd rather sleep some more, and sets it again for 6:00... and then for 6:30... and then for 7:00.. and then finally gets up at 7:15 >.< So I was woken up 5 times last night (and I have a big test today).

What an ass. I want to punch him in the face. He does this on a regular basis, and I've talked to him about it, but it doesn't make a difference. Suggestions? I'm going to start sleeping with full water bottles in my bed, so I can throw them at him when he does this.
This is some funny stuff. I feel bad for you. I loved my one bedroom apatment with no messy room mate while at Clemson.

When he falls asleep you should unplug the alarm or turn it off somehow if you have a test the next day.
