Hey guys, we've got an autocross in basically a week and a half, and we're going to need help to run it again. Everyone does their work assignment, but we still need some other people to give a little extra so that the event can go smoothly
We need peoples for:
Setup
Registration
Tech
Timing
Takedown
If you can help, please let us know, or come to the meeting tonight and we'll go over everything!

So is it like last time (if I do tech I don't have to work a corner) or would I still have to work a corner?
I can help with registration or setup (or possibly both if we don't get enough volunteers).

if enough people show up, then you will only be asked to do one job. of course, if we have a limited number of people then we may have to do double duties (hahaha duties).
I can help with registration...Keegan, let me know if you want me to be there a bit early or anything if you want to maybe get a better system going. I'm not sure there's much improvement we can make but last time there were plenty of people grumpy over waiting in line so long

It's taken apart again. Intake manifold is getting a bigger inlet to match the bypass outlet. Plus taking care of a few other things while it's apart.

David, we'll get you to help with registration this time. Right now, were just looking to get people to come to the meeting next week to go over a few things to make sure everyone knows what to do and where to go for their worker assignment.
three people will be enough for registration. all we need is two people to work the computers and one person to put the forms in the right place.
me, keri, and robbie all did it last time, so it should go a lot smoother this time.
