Hey everyone I'm organizing a monthly car show on the CU-ICAR campus off Laurens Road (turn on to Millennium Blvd). It will take place on September 19 from 12:30-3:00.
Hope to see you guys there. It should make for a fun afternoon. Let me know if you have any questions.

is it cool if i post this on another forum... i know some people in ATL, that might be interested into coming out to something like this...
Saw the post on Nasioc. I'm going to a dirt track race on Sat. night in Sumter, so I'll probably stop there on the way home. Hope its ok I bring the bike too Big Grin
any way to get a tour? I've missed out on the few previous opportunities. also, what font is the title, really like it.
Is the 19th right? I think I can squeeze this in between classes (your schedule is truly pathetic if you have time between classes to go to ICAR, hang out, and go back to Clemson).

ehhh what? Sept. 19th is a Sunday, no?
Yes Sept 19th is sunday (the day after the at this time proposed first CSCC autocross).

balldeep: Go ahead and spread the word! The more people the better! (that goes for everyone) If people have questions either post them here, pm me, or tell me where you posted so I can go over there and answer.

Stefan, at this point I do not believe we will be having tours. I'll let you know. The font for the text is BlairMdITC TT. as far as the ICAR logo, that was just a jpeg i found and is their own logo so i dont know exactly what it is.
Oh, I was looking at August still Lol
That is my birthday so I'll definitely try to stop by
I'm totally down to go
We are not going to be having a autocross on this date. We should try to get a group of members together and try and get everyone together. Ill see what I can do about getting a spot where we can all park next to each other.
Does anyone know if CU-ICAR has access to a local test track, skid-pad, etc where CSCC might be able to hold an autocross or time trial?

Cheers,
Steven

They have done some stuff at donaldson center airport. I'll start asking around tomorrow
gotta love how you guys have half this info on the old site and think its a new idea. (not that the ideas are bad.)

go back and look at one of the old threads about trying to find sites. Donaldson is Michelin's test track. Only recently have they let the SCCA back in to run...

I think Ted found 2 or 3 possible sites in the past. But there is a rather large list of places that were not interested that I believe the club has somewhere..
^^ I'm confused, we are able to run again now at the Black Lake. SCR-SCCA has not run at the Donaldson center (airport) recently that I'm aware of...
