So we were too late to schedule our regular meeting time of 9pm on Wednesdays in Daniel 100. David was able to schedule us for a similarly sized room, Kinard 101, on Wednesdays at 7pm.

BUT, I have heard from several members that FSAE has meeting times the exact same time ( I am beginning to understand why it was at 9pm before ).

So, I was considering moving the meeting day to either Tuesday or Thursday. By Thursday everyone will be mostly done for the week (school wise) so I believe this would be better for meeting and then eating dinner afterwards. So vote and post up what time you think it should be.

We haven't checked on availability yet, but I am thinking like Thursday at 6 or 7 pm.

I think for this week at least, we need to keep it on Weds at 7 since Jim is already planning to come down. Then we can change it up to accommodate the FSAE meeting if everyone votes to do so.

^^ def agree with that. I agree with Thursdays though when we go for the change.

Thursday at 7 would be great for me. My SI session ends at 7 so that'd be perfect.

Well if it moves to thursday I might not be able to make it since I told work I can't work on Wednesdays (just so I could make the meetings). I may be able to switch my schedule around, and if we avoid SAE meets that would be best I suppose.

The meeting time and place has been moved. Thursday at 8pm in Kinard 101.

Sorry if it messes anyone up, but we really can't' be having our meeting at the same time FSAE has theirs, we have several members who would like to be a member of both clubs!

Yep, thats the meeting time STARTING THIS WEEK

If thats the case, make sure the newbies know via email. Cauce they might show up at the normal time.
