Hi everyone,
Just wanted to introduce myself. Im Kathryn Karns and I will be a freshman this year at Clemson. Just got a mazdaspeed3 not too long ago and I'm hoping to have some fun with it! Looking forward to meeting everyone.

Welcome! That is a fun car, my sister bought one about a year ago. You will deffinetly enjoy it at our next event.

Good to see another Speed owner on the boards! I used to have a MazdaSpeed6 and loved it, even with the numerous rear differential failures I created lol.

Hope to see you at the first meeting, wednesday August 25th at 9pm in Daniel 101. Oh and its good to see more girls joining, I bet it takes guts to join a mostly male dominated club! But don't worry, you definitely won't be alone in the female camp, Keri and Karlye are two very big contributors to the club!

Welcome! Glad to hear another Speed3 will be in the Clemson area. If you want to have some fun with the car you should definately bring it out to the club AutoX events this fall. The car is a blast to AutoX as that much horsepower + FWD makes for an interesting time. Do you have any pics?...here are a few of mine from a recent AutoX in Asheville, NC. If you're thinking of adding any modifications to the car or have any MS3 questions in general feel free to ask.

Hey, I like the car. I have a Mazda3 hatch as well. This fall will be my first runs in it and in a fwd car. But autoXing is the perfect place to learn about your car. I won't have the pleasure of enjoying the 100+ more horsepower that you have, but I'll do my best to keep up. Hope to see you out there. I can't wait to see it run. Pics?
