went up to Charlotte friday to meet up with kyle and shoot a couple cars. we met up with Will (underpressure) at his shop, 42autosports, in concord and we headed out from there to shoot. for those who don't know, will has competed in the One Lap Of America race for the past two years (and won outright last year) in this GTR, therefore it is a track car not meant to be the show car circuit so judge it for that. later, tim (ZMonster) met up with us at the the speedway. continued to shoot with kyle for a while then he headed off for Road Atlanta (taking my new 7D to try it out at the track, swapped me his 40D so i still had something to shoot with). we rode around NoDa for a while and found a couple places to shoot. anyway, had a great day hanging out with good friends. went down to columbia for the Datsun/Nissan/Infiniti meet and had a great time doing that as well, those pics are on my website as well but since they are so similar to the last meet, i will not post them in their own thread.

thanks for looking!

Nice Pat. That Z is BLACK

I know that wasn't fun to shoot.
you're telling me... i was fighting it constantly. tim was probably pissed at me cause i would have him park it then i'd notice something hideous in the reflection and make him move it a couple inches to avoid it lol. black is a mirror and a blacked out car like that is even worse because you can't even see the car really lol
so much for not taking photos on grass. hahahaa. jp man, nice pics, and its good to see your still enjoying the d7
Dude grass makes your ride look lowwwwwww....
The 370 looks good, but of course I'm partial to the black wheels look

.
Also what wheels are those on the GT-R? Fikse?
i believe they are CCW's. i know will said they are 19x12 front and rear (notice how far they stick out in the front) and i can tell you they might weigh 25 lbs each at the most. i could pick one up with one hand easily that they had in the shop. the whole look of the car is about to change once he gets his sponsors set for the next season of racing that he's going to do. first up is some of the redline time attack events then of course OLoA next year.

if you learn to follow the rules, you learn when and how to break them intentionally

So does that GTR actually get driven? I see the NASA sticker but haven't seen it show to an event yet

yes this is will's daily driver and he keeps it exactly how he races it. he does do NASA events among others. he's heading to redline time attack this weekend
