This is on July 17th and 18th. They will be building a "freedom Fence" for a dog tethered with a chain.
Here's basically what the group does:
PAWSitive Effects is a non profit organization dedicated to ending life at the end of a chain. Our goals are 1) educate the public on the animal cruelty aspect of tethering/chaining dogs as well as the threat to the public safety chained dogs impose2) BUILD FENCES 3) work on legislative changes banning tethering Mission:to affect positive change for chained dogs everywhere.
