We're new to the forum but native to the upstate. We are not Clemson students ( my daughter is a Clemson Grad) but love cars and that's why we're here.
I'm medical retired Military (Vietnam Veteran) and My wife is a RN at a local hospital. We own a 06 S2000 and enjoy road trips and car Rally's of any type. We will try to make most events after July. Hope to see and meet some of you at a get together soon.
HAVE A GREAT AND SAFE 4TH OF JULY.

Welcome! Our club has a very wide variety of things to offer to all that love cars and we are happy to have you join us anytime. As you would imagine, it's difficult for us to get things going in the summer since we are a student organization, but come August we should have a schedule of events. The autocrosses we put on are fun, safe, and an inexpensive way to toss your car around without getting in trouble. Keep looking for update from time to time and we're glad to have you

Tina and myself are looking forward to some of the fall events. This is the first S2kW we have owned. We have always had Camaros, Mustangs and Vettes. I see that you have a 69 Mustang Grande which is a rare breed. After Vietnam I was in Hawaii in late 1969 and bought a 69 390 GTand ended up driving for the Ford dealer there. I was lucky to walk into a weekend job like that...I drove a 428 SCJ and won the NHRA South Pacific Championship in 1970 for our class. (STOCK) I have owned a lot of big blocks since those days but it was a wonderful time for me. These 4 bangers would blow the doors off most of the hotrods back then. I think I was turning in the mid 12 seconds qtr mile. Thinking about it makes me want to go get a GT500.

or maybe the GT350 Ford is coming out with.

Awesome! The new GT500 is pretty amazing. I've sat in a one. I'm definitely not going to be selling my 1969 any time soon.
Welcome! I also work at local Hospital.
Glad you could make it on the site! Hope to see you and your fam out at the autocrosses or other events we hope to hold this coming semester!
