The BorgWarner Seneca Plant produces the All Wheel Drive Coupler system for several Kia/Hyundai models. We are conducting a durability review of our product in the US and we are having difficulty getting couplers back from our customer for analysis.
In July, I will be making a presentation to Hyundai/Kia in Korea about our product durability, but the limited samples from our customer does not provide a statistically valid analysis – bottom line, I need additional “units” to reference in our durability analysis. So here is the deal:
We will provide every person that participates in this review with a brand new coupler that we will install at the BorgWarner plant in Seneca (because we plan to take the other one apart) and a $100 Wal Mart Gift Card. It will take less than 1 hour to swap out the coupler. This will not void the cars warranty for this component.
Please note - the vehicle must be all wheel drive.
The models of interest and years are listed below.
Kia Sportage: 2009 model year only
Hyundai Sante Fe: 2009 or 2010 model year.
Hyundai Tuscon: 2009 model year only
