You are cordially invited to our next SWCCCR meeting on April 8th at Quaker Steak and Lube!

http://www.quakersteakandlube.com/Greenville_SC/

We will eat from 6 to 7 and meet from 7 to 8:30. We'll cover recent events in motorsports
in the southeast, calendar of upcoming events, plans for the Clemson Motorsports
Festival, The Lowe's Speedway Autofair THIS weekend, The Mitty, upcoming Autocrosses,
Road races, Time Trials and Hillclimbs and other news. If you have any items for sale or
trade, please bring description and prices. We also hope to get one of our
"newer" members to tell about his experience at the Autocross Driving School
put on by CCR at Knight's Stadium last month! Also, we'll try to get Scott Franklin to
tell about his runs at CMP Time Trial and the Buck Muse Memorial race last month.

Our speaker will be one of our earliest members of the SWCCCR group! Chris Ross will be
presenting to us on his experiences with his Nova KBS Mark 7 Formula 600 (FM) Powered by
600cc Suzuki GSX-R. He'll talk a little about the F500 class and his path through
driver's school at Roebling and his first races this year. He has offered to bring the
car down to display at the meeting as well... so come early and have a look at very well
prepped Formula car. Thanks Chris!

We'll look forward to having you with us and as always, we encourage you to bring your
car for display out front and bring a friend! It's always fun getting together and
networking with sports car kind of people! IF you have any questions, please email me.

Keep up to date with what's going on in Southeastern Motorsports! See you thursday!

Keegan / Ross - Can one of you or new officers come and present plans for Clemson Motorsports Festival?
Be last shot to get them to come and ALL of these people are local!

Should be able to make it to this one.
I don't know if i'll be able to make it. I have a test in my class from 5:40 - 7:05. If I do make it, it'll be late, but I will be willing to say a few words about the CMF.

also, check your e-mail, ted. I am doing the write-up for the CMF now.

Zach, you be willing to take 10 minutes and talk a bit about Chumpcar Series and your last couple of events? I know two people that are chomping at the bit to get involved in that and I'd like to hear all about it myself!
Ted
I wouldn't mind doing it.
I will be there at least for a little bit, but I'm not sure I can stay for the whole meeting.

By the way, I went to Atlanta Region's F & C training on Saturday and highly recommend it to anyone interested in flagging.

I'll plan to attend.
Great meeting! Thanks to Zach Scott and Ron Wilcox for presenting their experiences at VIR last weekend in the Chump car race. You guys are having a blast and getting some great experience driving wheel to wheel. Continued success and keep us updated.

Our next meeting is May 12th. PLEASE put it on your calendar NOW. Why? Because we have a special speaker with some special news on something that could affect all of us in southeastern motorsports in a very positive way. Stay tuned.

Thanks for your support of SWCCCR!
