Us having an autox or two during the summer depends on two things: if the officers elect to hold them and if anyone will be here during the summer and is willing to help out (setup, timing, teardown, etc.).
The easiest thing to take care of is seeing who will be here that is willing to help out, so post up on here if you're interested and we'll get this ball rolling. Keep in mind that setup starts at 7:00am and we usually don't get out of there until 6:00pm or so. We will need two people who can haul a trailer.
I can help in May, June or July as long as it's not a NASA-SE event weekend. I can do Reg and Timing, but I have no way to haul a trailer.
Interested, but not able to commit to anything at this time.
I'll be around and willing to help as much as I can.
Might be able to do a trailer.
i'm definitely in if nothing else is going on during the weekends ya'll choose (the sooner the better, whatever gets put on my calender first tends to get priority). also, i haz truck so i can handle the trailer

i'll be around for classes anyways, so i'm pretty much down.
I'll be here in May but will be in Raleigh from June to beginning of school.
I think having summer auto-x's is a great idea. Almost everyone I invited was wondering when the next months auto-x would be posted.
I'm at Clemson all the time. The new job will keep me here.
I'll be here and willing to help out as much as I can. We should try to pick a few possible dates when the most people would be able to come that are also not on solo atlanta days so we could maybe get some of them to come up.
heres their schedule:

we always try and schedule around everyone else's autocross events, at least in the local area (North GA, Columbia, West NC, etc.).

The problem with scheduling on the same day as a NASA event is that several of us go to the track, so mostly you'd be losing workers.
These were always great for seat time - turnout isn't quite as high but man could you get some runs in

If people post up events that shouldn't conflict I will try to lookup schedules and find weekends that aren't busy.

dammit keri. you quoted me before i got a chance to fix it.
what i should have said is that we schedule mainly around autocrosses, but if it's at all possible to go around a NASA track day, we will.
