Since spectating is free, Im guessing registering for the event lets you showcase your car and a chance at a trophy? Are there any other benefits of registering?
EDIT:
Nevermind found more info, so for entrants:
-Showcase car
-Chance for trophy/award
-Raffle ticket for prize
...is this right? Is the food free for entrants?
Food will be available, but not free. We'll be working on getting some good food there and making sure its "college student friendly" pricing. Also note you get a free event shirt with registration. Updating registration to be a little more clear this time.
Is there a category for ugly yet purposeful cars?

Not really dude. I registered my bmw, and it doesn't really fit well into any category - partially race-prepped, 20 yr old European car but not quite a beater, lol. Hopefully her new paint job will make her slightly more competitive in the Euro category

Def looking forward to this..
Registered! Hoping to have my wheels by then hehe...

There should be, it would likely be a hotly contested one.
I may just have to barrow another car...

might could loan you the caddi, LMAO
but going to try and stop by and check out the 'stuff' there.
Maybe the older things need a classic category....I got a truck that qualifies!
I think this post should be edited to have the date of the event and location it is being held.
Unless I am blind I dont see the information about location and I do not see it in the link either, did not click on register b/c initially I did not think I would be able to attend as an entry but spectator I hope.
ALSO, will there be additional shirts for purchase?? I like the 1st annual shirt I got; well, the wife does....
