also, with the autocross, the flyer is completed, and I put the link in the first page of the thread. I dunno what happened to the media gallery stuff, I'm still poking around.
The media gallery is not going to be on the new site. You can now upload attachments though.
You can still use the media gallery on the old site as well.
Media gallery will stay on old site for archive purposes, but we dont have a media gallery for this site.
We can try to add one if requested, but that's really what things like photobucket are for (because 1and1 doesnt give us much database space)

Only things that I think would be nice is to
A. Have the old media gallery archived and have access to it so we can still use old pictures that are linked into the different static pages.
B Have static pages moved over that are necessary. Mainly the autox, about, and other main ones like that. Esp the autox one since it has important info people might need. Can this be done sometime soon or linked for temp purposes?
C Have the old threads/posts linked to an archived section.
Any idea on the time frame for the domain name etc.. to be fixed so we go straight here rather than through the link on the old clemsonscc.com?

D. Domain name is completely at the mercy of ChrisG, and can be done in 30 seconds when he gets around to it. Domain name changes take 24hrs to propagate, but the change itself is a simple matter of copying and pasting a couple server names.

Any idea on timeline for D? I know we agreed for he to retain rights etc... but we just have to move it over to this new server or? I thought we had access to move everything over and not have to use the new cmf site.
We've told him to change it, and he hasn't responded, so no, there's no timeline
We now have control over the server (which is hosted at 1and1, a real company, instead of CLUG)
We don't have control over the domain name (which is still pointing to CLUG, instead of 1and1). Chris has the password to the account and is the only one who can change it.
And keep in mind that there is no agreement to let Chris keep clemsonscc.com. It's his and from what I can tell he's going to hang on to it whether we want him to or not. Fortunately though he's a pretty nice guy and this won't be an issue.
Idk about everyone else, but when I go to clemsonscc.com it automatically redirects me here after a few seconds.
