Auto?

Sequential is not auto.

I hear you.

I would feel the same way if the performance suffered, but its just a byproduct of the times (technology) that we live in.

I used to think manual was they only way to go, then I drove a GTR and realized I was wrong.

Not as involving for sure, but being able to focus on throttle, brake, and steering inputs allows you to drive faster, safer, and more consistantly.

and also not having to worry about using the launch feature or killing the trans and not void your tranny warrenty roll
yea that car isn't going to be cheap.

Sam I agree with the tranny thing. I used to only like manuals and Mercedes autos. I have since driven a DSG in a GTi (same as GTR) and it is amazing how good that transmission is. Definitely the way of the future.
Car and Driver gets their hands on it.

Fixed. That even trumps my usual "It's a Toyota" excuse for not liking it.
Glad to see its finally getting revealed. I was halfway convinced that it was never going to see the light of day.

I was thinking the same thing. Much like the return of the NSX... However, Toyota pulled through with pretty impressive car, despite cost.

The online Lexus LF-A configurer is pretty cool. You can basicly get it in any color and have about 7 options for break caliper color.
It's going to make for some tacky cars if they actually make all those colors available Shock

EDIT: Who am I kidding, it's no looker in the first place.
